PRMHA Player Registration:
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Print and complete the registration form.
2. Bring the following to either Gene Story at North Pacific Seaplanes (Seal Cove seaplane base) or Christine Storey at Rupert Cleaners (McBride Street):
- completed registration form (one for each player)
- payment (cheque, cash or money order)
- canteen deposit cheque* ($300.00 cheque post-dated to March 1, 2012, for each player)
Cheques/money orders should be made payable to Prince Rupert Minor Hockey Association.

Storey at 627-1341 or 624-2293 or the minor hockey office at 627-4070
Weekly ice schedules will be emailed to you by your division manager (email
addresses will be collected by the division manager). Schedules will also be
posted at the arena and on the Association's website (www.prmha.com)
